This category is kind of a catchall for my time in front of and behind the camera, plus various scriptwriting and video editing projects. I used to be more interested in acting (I recently rediscovered that I won “best actor” in my middle school yearbook, so I guess I peaked early), but have mostly been directing / producing video projects in recent years … though I never say no to an impromptu TV news interview.

My work at the DHIS2 open-source project includes managing informational & training video production for a global audience.
At Overseas Adventure Travel, I managed large-scale live and animated video production and filmed onsite in several countries.
Diplomat work meant being an occasional interview object. I’m always up for being a talking head in English, Spanish or Norwegian.
I appeared on a Food Network TV baking competition. It was fun! (And a complete fiasco)
My friends and I made a series of comedy videos (many for Sandwich Day) that I co-wrote and acted in.
There I am in the background in HBO’s Looking, which puts me 1/3 of the way toward SAG membership!
